About the Founder
Waithera Wambugu is a PhD researcher in polymer chemistry building Kasi because she believes Africa deserves a global stage in motorsport — one that reflects our culture, our talent, and our ambition. She has spent years building at the intersection of science, youth empowerment, and bold storytelling. Kasi is her way of merging everything she knows with everything she believes in — and turning it into a living, breathing venue that unlocks new futures. For her, this isn’t just a business — it’s a legacy project.
